Several X users used an old picture of a Pune-based man, Rajendra Panchal, to make racist remarks about Indians. Panchal fractured his jaw when he was one, leading to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) ankylosis, in which the opening of the mouth is restricted. For 38 years, he survived on a semi-solid diet. His jaw was restored in 2017.
