After Advocate Rakesh Kishore allegedly hurled a shoe at CJI BR Gavai, the latter told the other lawyer arguing before him to ignore it, The Indian Express reported. "I am not distracted...You also don't be...proceed further with the case," CJI said to the lawyer. "I only heard the sound. Maybe the shoe fell...somewhere [else]," CJI Gavai said, recalling the incident.
