National Conference (NC) which emerged as the single largest party in Jammu Kashmir elections by winning 42 seats in 90 assembly constituencies got 23.43% vote share. Meanwhile, the vote share of the BJP, which won 29 seats, was 25.64%. The vote share of Congress, which contested the poll in alliance with NC, remained at 11.97%.
