PM Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Japan to host the 15th India-Japan Annual Summit. This is his eighth visit to the country. His earlier visits were in 2007 and 2012, when he was Gujarat's CM. He travelled to the country shortly after becoming the PM in 2014. The following visits were in 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2023.
