The enumeration form will be available online from Thursday on West Bengal's Chief Electoral Officer portal and on the commission's app, ECINET. The form must be downloaded, filled out, and uploaded on the website. Voters away from home due to work, or those unable to obtain the enumeration form from their BLO, are eligible to fill the form online.
