Among India's richest family-run businesses, Reliance Industries is the biggest employer with over 3.47 lakh employees, according to Hurun India's latest list. Reliance Retail (2.07 lakh workers) ranks second while Bajaj Finserv (1.39 lakh workers), Tech Mahindra (1.28 lakh workers) and Jio Financial (90,067 workers) rank third, fourth and fifth. UltraTech Cement employs 83,000 people.
