A new survey of Indian, American and Brazilian smartphone users found Android phones are safer than iPhones. Android users were 58% more likely than iOS users to say they'd not received scam texts, while iOS users were 65% more likely to receive over three scam texts in one week. An evaluation also found that Android phones had more AI-powered protections.
