Maruti Suzuki saw domestic vehicle sales of 1,47,461 units in September 2025, while Tata Motors sold the second highest number of cars at 59,667 units. Mahindra & Mahindra sold 56,233 units, while Hyundai and Toyota sold 51,547 and 27,089 units, respectively. The reduction in GST rates has been a booster for auto sales in the ongoing festive season.
