Around 58 goods and 24 services could be moved to 28% GST slab from existing 18% or 12%, Economic Times reported. These include handbags and sunglasses priced above ₹10,000, pens costing over ₹5,000, cufflinks, botox treatments, nail and tattoo parlours, luxury spas, super luxury salon services. This is part of a rate rationalisation exercise by GST Council's Group of Ministers.
