Both the Union Territories combined have 3,614 gun licences per 100,000 people. It is followed by Arunachal Pradesh (2,378), Nagaland (1,830), Mizoram (1,372), Punjab (1,302), Himachal Pradesh (1,260) and Manipur (953).
