The White House flag was lowered to half-staff to honour Minneapolis school shooting victims. US President Donald Trump ordered all American flags to be flown at half-staff at White House and all other public buildings across US till sunset on August 31. Two children were killed in the incident in which shooter fired 116 rounds in a Minneapolis church school.
