Ratan Tata's successor and Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata and trustee Mehli Mistry, a representative of Shapoorji Pallonji Group on the Tata Trusts' board, are at the centre of the standoff at one of India's largest conglomerates. Tata Trusts Vice Chairman Venu Srinivasan and trustees Jehangir Jehangir, Darius Khambata, Pramit Jhaveri and Vijay Singh are also part of the standoff.
