BJP leader and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi commented on the revised Supreme Court order on stray dogs in Delhi-NCR and asked who would decide which dog is aggressive. The top court said aggressive dogs won't be released after vaccination. "Relocation and fear are the only reasons for dogs biting...There's no question of releasing dogs infected with rabies," she said.
