Advocate Ujjwal Nikam is among the four persons President Droupadi Murmu nominated to Rajya Sabha on Saturday. Nikam played a crucial role in the conviction of Ajmal Kasab for the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and served as Special Public Prosecutor in various cases, including the 1993 Bombay blasts case. He has secured 628 life imprisonment sentences in his career.
