Thai-Malaysian monk Ven Ajahn Siripanyo denounced a fortune worth billions in for spiritual servitude. The only son of Malaysian billionaire Ananda Krishnan, Ven Ajahn Siripanyo became a Buddhist monk at the age of 18 and resides at Dtao Dum Monastery. His father Krishnan is Malaysia's sixth richest man and is reportedly worth more than $5 billion.
