Aliko Dangote has become the first Africa-born billionaire to hit a net worth of $30 billion, according to Bloomberg. The Nigerian industrialist, now the richest Black man globally, began his business career in 1978 by trading in rice, sugar, and cement. A graduate of Egypt's Al-Azhar University, Dangote featured on Forbes as the 'Most Powerful Man in Africa' in 2013.
