Dmitry Medvedev, whom US President Donald Trump targeted in his post on India and Russia, is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council. Medvedev served as the Russian President from 2008 to 2012 and as PM from 2012 to 2020. Medvedev, born on September 14, 1965, received a bachelor's degree in 1987 and a law degree in 1990.
