Tamil YouTuber Felix Gerald, founder of RedPix, was arrested for a video blaming the government for the Karur stampede that killed 41 during Vijay's TVK rally. Gerald, a Loyola College alumnus and former journalist with many years of experience, is known for being a vocal DMK critic. Police also arrested TVK leaders and booked 25 others for spreading rumours.
