Andhra BJP spokesperson Vinusha Reddy reacted after Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said the party high command will decide on changing the CM in Karnataka. "Who is high command above you?" Reddy said. "Kharge ji, being the party president of Congress, still has to act as per the high command only, the royal one family of Rahul Gandhi," Reddy added.
