Riya Dabi cracked India’s toughest exam at 23 and became an IAS with an AIR 15. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women (Delhi University), she cracked the exam in her maiden attempt. She has served as an Assistant Collector in Alwar and as an SDM in Udaipur. She is IAS Tina Dabi’s younger sister.
