NDA's CP Radhakrishnan has been elected as new Vice President of India. He took oath as Governor of Maharashtra on July 31, 2024. Prior to that, he served as Governor of Jharkhand. Born on May 4, 1957, in Tamil Nadu, Radhakrishnan holds Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In 1974, he served as State Executive Committee member of Bharatiya Jana Sangh.
