IPS Bisma Qazi, became the first Kashmiri woman IPS officer (AIR 115) in AGMUT cadre who is credited with saving an 8 year old girl from abduction. A gold medalist from Kashmir University, she overcame all odds while preparing for her UPSC CSE exam. Hailing from Srinagar, her region used to face numerous shutdowns but she didn't give up.
