Jamuna Tudu, known as Lady Tarzan, is a Padma Shri awardee from Jharkhand, famed for her fearless fight against deforestation. Armed with just a stick, she confronted timber mafias, rallied villagers, and led a grassroots forest protection movement. Her relentless efforts to save forests have now earned her an invitation to the Independence Day dinner at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
