Lakshmi Menon, who is facing charges related to the alleged abduction and assault of a techie in Kochi, is a Malayalam actress. She made her debut in 2011 Malayalam film 'Raghuvinte Swantham Rasiya'. However, she rose to fame after working in Tamil films and won state awards. Kerala High Court has granted the actress protection from arrest till September 17.
