Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Professor Dr Madhavi Latha spent the last 17 years as a geotechnical consultant on the world's highest railway bridge, which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on Friday. Latha worked on the planning, design and construction of the structure. She completed BTech in civil engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and MTech from NIT, Warangal.
