In a shocking act of violence, a young man identified as Manan Anand crushed an elderly scooter rider under his Mahindra Thar in a hit-and-run incident near the Green Belt Park in Jammu on Sunday, July 27. Manan is a 20-year-old engineering student. He is the son of Rajinder Anand and resides in Jammu's Nanak Nagar. He's currently absconding.
