Marko Elez is a 25-year-old software engineer who has resigned from the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Elez previously worked with Musk's SpaceX and X (formerly Twitter). A social media account linked to him made posts saying "normalize Indian hate" and "I was racist before it was cool" last year.
