Senior IPS officer Parag Jain, who was among the brains behind Operation Sindoor, has been appointed head of Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW)- India's top intelligence agency. His expertise in integrating human and technical intelligence played a key role in the operation, reports said. He has over two decades' experience in RAW and has extensively handled the Pakistan desk.
