Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party has fielded Priti Kinnar, a 41-year-old transgender woman reportedly from Sitamarhi, as its candidate from Bhore, an Assembly constituency in Bihar's Gopalganj. Residing in Bhore, she has been engaged in social work since 2008, reports said. The seat is currently held by JD(U)'s Sunil Kumar, the state's Education Minister, who is likely to contest again.
