Priya Nair becomes the first woman CEO of the 1933-established Hindustan Unilever, effective from August. Nair joined HUL in 1995, currently serves as its Beauty & Wellbeing President and has previously worked as Consumer Insights Manager and Brand Manager for products like Dove. After the announcement of Nair's appointment, HUL stock jumped as much as 5% to ₹2,529.85 on Friday.
