With the successful launch of the Axiom-4 mission, astronaut and Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has made headlines. A native of Lucknow, he completed his military training and earned a Bsc in Computer Science from NDA Khadakwasla, Pune, in 2005. Inspired by the Kargil War, he cleared the NDA exam independently and joined the IAF.
