India's left-arm spinner Sree Charani, who claimed 14 wickets in the Women's ODI World Cup 2025, hails from Erramalle village in Andhra Pradesh's YSR Kadapa district. The 21-year-old has featured in 18 WODIs and five WT20Is, taking 23 and 10 wickets, respectively. Her father, Chandrasekhar Reddy, reportedly works in a minor position at the Rayalaseema Thermal Power Project.
