New SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey is a 1987-batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, serving as Finance Secretary and Secretary, Department of Revenue. Previously, he served as Secretary at DIPAM, DPE and DoPT. He held key roles at NITI Aayog and Commerce Ministry. He holds a Master's in Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh and MBA from UK's University of Birmingham.
