Congress MP Shashi Tharoor responded to party leader K Muraleedharan's remark that Tharoor was no longer seen as one of them. "People saying this have to have a basis for it," he said, adding that he would like to know who they are and what their party position is. "I can't explain other people's behaviour," he said.
