The World Health Organization has warned that Sudan is on the brink of a massive health catastrophe. With over 25 million people suffering from hunger and disease, the WHO says urgent humanitarian aid is needed to prevent an outbreak. Darfur, already ravaged since 2003, has again become “an epicenter of bloodshed and human suffering.”
