Supreme Court on Thursday criticised Karnataka government over threats to Kamal Haasan's film 'Thug Life', asking, "If threats are given...who'll go to theatres?" The court said it's the duty of the government to ensure that mobs who threaten people are "taken to task". State govrnment assured court that it would provide security for film’s release and those associated with it.
