An all-women SIT team arrested former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna, who received a life term for raping his house help, from Bengaluru airport in 2024. SIT chief BK Singh has revealed that this was done to "send a message to society at large...[and] to reach...hearts and minds of...victims".
