World number two tennis player Carlos Alcaraz has pulled out of the upcoming Canadian Open in Toronto. Alcaraz, who recently lost Wimbledon 2025 final to Jannik Sinner, cited muscle fatigue and need for physical and mental recovery following a demanding stretch of tournaments as reason for withdrawal. Notably, Novak Djokovic, Sinner and Jack Draper had earlier withdrawn from the tournament.
