Ex-PM Dr Manmohan Singh, who passed away on Thursday, often used to wear a blue turban. He once said he had been wearing his alma mater Cambridge University's colour since his "memorable days" in the university. He had stated light blue was one of his favourite colours. He had revealed his university friends used to call him "blue turban".
