Hindalco shares crashed 7% to hit intraday low of ₹666.8 in early trade on Thursday. This came after Paris-based aluminium products-maker Constellium reported 5% year-over-year fall in Q3 revenue. Experts believe Constellium's performance serves as key indicator of the industry's health. Hence, its weak results may have raised investors' concerns about Hindalco, leading to the fall in share price.
