Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi, while questioning the government's foreign policy in the Lok Sabha, asked why PM Modi couldn't convince international leaders and organisations to cut Pakistan's financial aid. He remarked that Pakistan would use the IMF's aid worth $1 billion, the World Bank's aid worth $40 billion, and the Asian Development Bank's aid worth $800 million to fund terrorism.
