Some people constantly feel cold due to low body weight, hypothyroidism or anaemia, as per Dr Howard LeWine of Harvard Health Publishing. Another potential cause is Raynaud’s phenomenon, the Cleveland Clinic noted. Raynaud’s phenomenon is a condition where blood vessels in fingers and toes constrict, limiting blood flow. Those affected become highly sensitive to even slight temperature drops.
