A person's credit score can dip largely because of their transaction history. Main causes are delayed/missed payments, regular maxing out of credit cards, accumulation of too much credit at once and closure of open credit accounts. Credit score can be fixed through timely payments of bills, dues and EMIs, balance transfer of loans and avoidance of fresh credit inquiries.
