Wipro founder chairman Azim Premji turned down Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah's suggestion of allowing public traffic movement through the firm's Sarjapur campus. He cited "significant legal, governance and statutory challenges" to such a move as the campus is an "exclusive private property owned by a listed company". He said it is a Special Economic Zone "providing services to global customers".
