Bombay HC has acquitted all 12 men convicted of the 2006 Mumbai train blasts, saying Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) "utterly failed to establish offences beyond reasonable doubt against the accused". HC also noted that the witnesses were silent for over 100 days after the incident. One of the witnesses also changed his statement. The blasts killed 189 people.
