Border Security Force (BSF) is reportedly recruiting bees in West Bengal to stop smugglers and infiltrators from entering through the international border with Bangladesh. BSF's 32nd battalion has begun hanging beekeeping boxes along the barbed-wire fences, which has reportedly already started reducing infiltrations. Flowering plants are also being cultivated along the border to support the hives.
