Scotch whisky is in focus as British PM Keir Starmer began his two-day visit to India. The liquor industry is being billed as a major beneficiary of India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Under the FTA, India will reduce import tariffs on Scotch whisky. Starmer is accompanied by members of Scotch Whisky Association (SWA) to explore potential whisky sales to India.
