Venezuela's Attorney General has warned that Nobel laureate and opposition leader Maria Corina Machado will be deemed a "fugitive" if she travels to Norway to receive her Peace Prize on December 10. Machado, currently in hiding, faces multiple criminal investigations, including conspiracy and terrorism.
