Congress Whip in Lok Sabha, Manickam Tagore, called the new attendance system to be introduced for Parliament's upcoming monsoon session "flawed" and questioned why the PM and the ministers were exempted. "Shouldn't the PM lead by example instead of being above the process? It would reveal how many days the PM is actually present in the Lok Sabha," he said.
