Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday criticised PM Narendra Modi over his silence on worsening air quality of Delhi and demanded discussion in Parliament. He said, "Every mother I meet tells me...her child is growing up breathing toxic air." He added, "PM Modi...children are choking in front of us...How can you stay silent? Why does your government show no urgency."
